When To Get This Service
Refer to your owner’s manual and follow the manufacturer-recommended oil-change interval for your engine’s specific oil weight and capacity.
Routine schedule:
- Synthetic Blend → change about every 3,000 miles.
- Full Synthetic → change every 5,000–6,000 miles.

How long does an oil change take?
The typical oil change, with complete inspection and tire rotation, takes approximately 1-hour with an appointment.
What kind of oil does my car take?
Most of today’s vehicles use a synthetic blend or full synthetic oil. Consult your owner’s manual, visit or call a McCoy Tire & Auto Care near you. Our friendly Service Advisors are here to answer any of your automotive questions including what kind of oil your vehicle requires, and how much is needed to give you the most accurate cost estimate for your vehicle.
How do I know when my next oil change is due?
After each oil change with McCoy Tire & Auto Care, our Technician will place a sticker in the upper left-hand corner of the driver’s windshield as a reminder. For even more convenience, we can send a reminder when your next service is due to let you know it is time to schedule your next service appointment.
