Had my car in 3/26/19 for a tune up. They dropped me off at work and picked me after completing the work on the car. Excellent service. Have been going to McCoy's for many years and have always had a good experience. Rick is very helpful. Staff is professional and friendly and always answers questions. Their customer service and repair work are both excellent.
I took my Prius in to have the small battery replaced. I asked them to check the brakes since I've been doing a lot of mountain driving. When they found the front brakes needed replacing, a tech took me home and then picked me up when doing the test drive on the vehicle. Above and beyond. Car is always taken at the time of the appointment and repairs are finished in a reasonable amount of time.
